As a new employee at Xplosive Entertainment, you must fill out the paperwork found on the link below.  Without receiving these forms filled out properly, there may be delay in your initial pay.

Please note, valid ID must be sent with the completed paperwork.  Approved ID is either a Passport OR a Drivers License with copy of birth certificate or Social Security Card.

After completing all the forms bring the copies to Xplosive Entertainment’s office, or simply email to michaelL@xeevents.com
